Hey Jeremy and Johny
Am realy enjoying watching your exploits and reading about how clean and shiny you are keeping GMIV! Though the least said about Jeremy's vomit the better. Hope you are enjoying youselves and making the most of all the experiences. I hope the rest of the crew are coping with you both. Safe Voyages Ashley

Hi Ashley,
Thanks very much for the e~mail. It's much appreciated and i'm glad to hear that your following o0ur progress. keeping this boat looking good is much harder than a laser pico but after hours of work i'm pleasede to say we're all becoming very boat proud and i can now see all the work paying off. You'll be pleased to know that Jeremy has stopped the violent vomiting and is back to his usual, cracking sarcastic comments at every given oppurtunity. I am usually the reciever !!! When we get back we've got loads of pics and videos to show you and tell the tales of the place we know as down under. Looking forward to seeing you,
Jonny
Hi Ashley, thanks for the message.
Life aboard is fun. Paradise rules although we are coming to end of our time, flying out of Hamilton Island on Friday - billionaires play island. The tropics in winter, fancy a visit next Summer hols? Planty to wonder at and loads of crazy Aussies to have fun with. Hope that you are enjoying the website stuff.
Jeremy.

Hey Jez, My old Mahler mate! How are you sunshine? I can't believe that I missed you in Airlie Beach by only days. I was actually up there shooting aerials from a helicopter on Sun 6th Aug over Whitehaven Beach during 25 knot perfect sailing day. In fact, we did a pass over an older style yacht, but I think it was the day before you guys got there. Looks like you're still in the Whitsundays and that you are still having ace weather. Wish I could catch up, but alas I don't think it's going to happen. shame. I am in Sydney until 30 Aug when I leave again for another shoot in the Pacific Islands for 9 days. When do you head back to the UK? Take care - take Kwells Cheers and lots of love (just had to say that to make the crew all give you a hard time!! :-)) Miss Caro

Awesome to hear from you . At anchor, surrounded by beauty. Crew working well. We shall hit Whitehaven today, then Hamilton Island, for departure on Friday. All is well. Sorry not to have managed to liaise. Keep gorgeous and I hope the Oxfam walk goes to plan. Next Summer - fancy doing a thing, I love the tropics in winter!

Dear Crew,
At last I can contact you all! I was on the last leg from Sydney to Mooloolaba skippered by the one & only Simon Hay. I hope he has been treating you all well!! How many time's have you heard "Work harder, stay longer, do more?" I think it's implanted in my brain. Thanks Simon!! I hear you have been diving with sharks in Mooloolaba. Well done for doing it because, to be honest when Simon told me I would be diving with sharks I thought he was kidding on. Of course he took great delight in my reaction. Anyway I hope you have had an absolutely awesome time & learned something about yourselves in the process.
Take care
Elaine
P.S. Simon... Where's my Gavel???

Hi Jeremy here. Another day in paradise is right on. Long live GM4 memories!
Hi Elaine, it's your favourite early morning wake up call here! Yes I have your gavel in my bag and will send it back to you. As you have seen from the logs and video this leg has been just as much fun as the previous one. Oddly enough there have been three distinct phases 1) Mooloolaba with activities and open days 2) Great sailing on the way up to Airlee Beach 3) Cruising in the Whitsunday Islands enjoying paradise - as you would expect all of this has been underpinned by a regime of cleaning and pollishing! Looking forward to seeing you again soon I hope. All the best, Simon.

Greetings to all aboard. I'm a friend of Jeremy's and have been having great fun reading about your adventures. Sorry to hear of all the sea sickness, but it sounds as if there is lots to make up for it. Keep up the good work, and enjoy the craziness that is Queensland!
Cheers from Sydney,
Mark and family.

Hi Dan, just having a look on the internet to see how you are doing and love the photo and your writing. I am so glad that you are having such an adventure and it sounds like you have been pushed a fair bit too - the waves crashing on the deck sounds awesome - too much for a big girlie like me. Give us a ring when you get back, I have got some more work for you - nothing as exciting as this obviously but still some stuff you will enjoy. And can I have your permission to put you forward for an award from the News of the World who are looking for stories about young people who have achieved brilliant things? I can't think of anyone better. Lots of love Jeanie and all at Barnardos in Southampton. ps (in Andy voice 'Yeer I know!!')

Hi Jeremy! Hope the sea-sickness is better. We have been checking the
log daily, and even saw a video clip of you yesterday although it appears to have gone again.
